Concrete Sealing
Concrete Sealing: When (And Why) Your Driveway Needs It
Sealing concrete isn't just about looks — it's the cheapest insurance you can buy against cracking, staining and weather damage.

Most Australian driveways are left bare for years. The problem? Untreated concrete is porous — it soaks up water, oil, tyre marks and UV, and slowly breaks down from the surface in.
When to seal
New concrete should be sealed once it's fully cured (28+ days). Existing driveways should be re-sealed every 3–5 years depending on traffic, sun exposure and the original product used.
What sealing actually does
A quality penetrating or film-forming sealer blocks moisture, repels oil and chemicals, deepens the colour of decorative concrete and dramatically slows surface degradation. It's the cheapest preventative maintenance you'll ever do.
